Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Vista, Los Angeles

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The space felt more spacious than the photos, and we were delighted by the natural light. Even with the large sliding doors closed, the indoor/outdoor feel was still present. Our dog enjoyed basking in the sun throughout the day. The space was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to work and relax. We would definitely love to stay again!

This was the perfect home and location for my friends and I who flew in to town for a concert. The house is nicely decorated and looks exactly like the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was perfect for 5 people with 2 separate couples. The backyard was nice, but the mosquitoes are fierce! We left citronella candles so hopefully others will put them to use and not get eaten up like we did. House is well stocked with anything you’d need - I appreciated the extra toilet paper and towels specifically. We would definitely book again!

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

Rose Ann’s place was just as described. It’s got privacy if that’s what you want but also can be opened up to the beautiful back yard and patio by the pool. Very nice place

We had a great stay at this home! The location is excellent — everything we needed was close by, and having SoFi Stadium just down the street made getting to a game super convenient. The house itself was very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and felt comfortable and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We drove in from El Paso to visit family, and this spot ended up being the perfect home base. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This is by far one of my favorite stays. I felt like I was staying in a friends guest house. Very clean and comfortable and the shower outside was a treat! I’m traveling for work and have long days. It was so nice to be able to relax in a place that felt like a home and not a sterile box. The neighborhood is very charming - safe and lots of parking too. Bay is fun to talk to and kind. I will most definitely be back.

This house is amazing. It was a privilege to stay there. The view is spectacular, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the whole house is very cozy. Michael is an excellent host. You cannot go wrong staying there!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

Jordans place was awesome!!🤙🤙 The locations is amazing, great vibes, and he was an excellent host. Made sure we had everything we needed, gave us some great advice, and the upper unit we stayed at was clean, comfy, and safe! Look no further…10/10 would return.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

This was such a fun Airbnb experience! These hosts are so sweet, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had an odd request and they totally went out of their way to help! The entire area is gorgeous and perfectly walkable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10/10 would stay here again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!
