Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Playa Vista, Los Angeles

The location was convenient, and they accommodated an early check-in request. Everything went smoothly -- we'd definitely stay again if we had reason to be in the neighborhood!

The house is massive and the pictures don't do it justice! The open layout from the entry all the way through the living room, dining room and family room has a great flow. The skylights in the high ceilings provide great natural lighting and such a spacious feel. This house is perfect for a family with kids or several couples. The huge dining table is perfect for group meals and the refrigerator/freezer are extra large. The house is in the perfect neighborhood--close enough to the main streets that you could walk but so quiet. We stayed for a month and we are sensitive to noise and were never once disturbed. From the bbq grill to the hottub, the outdoor space/landscaping is beautiful and very clean. Andy was our primary host and was extremely responsive. He even proactively reached out to us before we checked in to make sure all of our needs were met and even went the extra step to perform a specialized cleaning on the sofas as our kids have allergies/asthma. 5 stars all around!

This was the perfect home and location for my friends and I who flew in to town for a concert. The house is nicely decorated and looks exactly like the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was perfect for 5 people with 2 separate couples. The backyard was nice, but the mosquitoes are fierce! We left citronella candles so hopefully others will put them to use and not get eaten up like we did. House is well stocked with anything you’d need - I appreciated the extra toilet paper and towels specifically. We would definitely book again!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was absolutely fabulous even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Carlos was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. I was traveling internationally, so I appreciated how smooth and stress free everything was. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

Coni was an exceptional host — everything you’d hope for in the perfect Airbnb experience! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. Her place is whimsical and full of charm, with beautiful mermaid decor and artwork that we were absolutely obsessed with. Coni went above and beyond to make our stay special, from thoughtful welcome snacks to great local recommendations, and all the fun pool toys that we could enjoy! Her warmth and hospitality truly stood out! I would 10000% stay here again and will absolutely be recommending this gem to my friends and family. Good place for a family trip. We did some cooking in and also walked to restaurants. Coffee place’s nearby also. Beds comfortable. Backyard fun for the grandkids

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. Great place for a short visit to the area - handy to local amenities and a short drive to Santa Monica.

My stay at Julia’s place was amazing! Great parking location and really easy to find with her instructions. The bed and linen was probably the most comfortable I’ve used at an Airbnb ever so that was perfection. The only issue I faced was intermittent internet. I was working remotely and it seemed the only place I didn’t drop zoom calls or lose WiFi was in the bedroom. This was u fortunate as I am on calls majority of my day. Again, Julia was very responsive, and the home was very well stocked for a two week stay. Thank you Julia, I would for sure stay again!

We enjoyed the access to Whole Foods, restaurants and Venice beach was close driving proximity. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud each night from 7-9:30 with foot traffic but I think they had rambunctious kiddos. Host was awesome on communication.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

We loved this place! It was easy to get to and a lot of things were near by in walking distance. The host sent very clear instructions and a lot of recommendations of places to go to. I hardly had to reach out to the host, but when I did there was fast response! We would 1000% stay here again!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Enjoyed my stay! George was an excellent host and I would stay again.
