Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

Coni was an exceptional host — everything you’d hope for in the perfect Airbnb experience! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. Lovely, peaceful, and cozy! It was the perfect place to unwind after being around hectic LA all day. Graham was also super helpful with anything we might need and checked up on us via chat a few times. I felt well cared for!! He also helped us unlock the door when I had difficulty with the lock. Christopher was a perfect host!! His place was exactly what I needed this time. The place is quite small, as his ad indicates, but very very well stocked and very comfortable. There is a small private patio to enjoy. If you are looking for a great, very safe, comfortable, very clean place near La to sleep, this is great. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a view this isn’t your spot. If you’re looking for private, 420 friendly, safe, secluded, this is it.

The backyard was a true oasis, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well kept, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also conveniently located close to Calabasas, which made getting around super easy. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

This was the perfect home and location for my friends and I who flew in to town for a concert. The house is nicely decorated and looks exactly like the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was perfect for 5 people with 2 separate couples. The backyard was nice, but the mosquitoes are fierce! We left citronella candles so hopefully others will put them to use and not get eaten up like we did. House is well stocked with anything you’d need - I appreciated the extra toilet paper and towels specifically. We would definitely book again!

Rose Ann’s place was just as described. It’s got privacy if that’s what you want but also can be opened up to the beautiful back yard and patio by the pool. Very nice place

Shell House was the perfect stay to end our road trip! Courtney has been an ideal host, no question was too much, she was always quick to respond and so accommodating. The house it’s self was so idilic and the aesthetic fit the location. It was close to the beach and Abbott Kinney BL for shops, coffee and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone considering a visit to LA to book Shell House.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the home was surprisingly well-insulated from any noise. We loved having access to the garden, and the convenient parking out back made traveling with kids effortless—plenty of space for our large SUV. The location felt safe and was perfect for our needs. We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.
