Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Chacmool

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

exceed my expectations, a cozy place with all the amenities, even many more than I expected, such as elements to go to the beach (chairs, umbrellas and ice maker), the hosts are great, they make you feel like they were your own family, a site 1000% recommended, if one day I return to that paradise for sure I will stay in this same place.

I absolutely loved this place and it will be my go to anytime I visit Mexico.. 10/10 HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed… we took a uber for party area and it was about $10… this location is perfect.. we felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood.. The cleaning lady was super sweet .. I was running ahead of time and didn’t realize it was early check in she allowed us to drop our bags off as she finished and we were able to get our adventure started.. I greatly appreciated that.. ** be sure to tip her hard work** I didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but I did sleep outside on the deck … it was pretty cool and relaxing… thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home and I’ll see you again soon….. BOOOOOKKKKKK IT NOWWWWW

We stayed for a week at this place and it was spotless. The photos are accurate to the description of the house. The pool is bigger than you think and has an outdoor toilet and shower which is very convenient. Gladys was a golden host, very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a Cancun vacation!!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

The accommodation is highly recommended for a pleasant stay in the very good cost for so many services it offers and the host a very attentive person with a lot of human quality. in geera we had a very good time. thank you

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

By far the best experience i’ve had. Location was great, Walkable places. Beautifull view from the balcony. Definitely coming back and was worth it.

The apartment was very clean and I guess new . Also, kitchen was very useful. The people around and the host was nice and helpful. The only downside is there is a restaurant just across the street and it is very loud at the evenings, someone sensitive with sound may feel uncomfortable. Other than that everything was nice. Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

The apartment was as described. A little out of the center, but taxis and Uber are easily available. Several local shops and the neighborhood is very secure. It feels really safe. The swimming pool is right in of the unit. The accommodation was clean and air-conditioned, with all the amenities you need. The only downside is the showerhead. The water comes out a little weak, which is a little inconvenient. But other than that, everything is perfect for a stay of a few days or even a few weeks. Adrian is really attentive and answers any questions.

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Hello the whole stay was very good, it was clean there was only one detail in one of the bathrooms you bathed and the water came out of the shower which caused the bathroom floor to be all wet

The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Water was provided which was nice and the neighborhood had security which made us feel safer. Also, the surrounding area was safe. We were able to walk around at night.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location, just steps from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops. We especially loved the food at the villas restaurant. Claudia was fantastic, always available, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to other families looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

It's a beautiful, comfortable, and very clean place to stay. My family and I would definitely be back.
