Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Miriam’s place is beautiful. It’s a beach front condo in a resort property so there is security that made us feel safe. Finding the condo was a little tricky but Miriam gave us step by step instructions on how to locate it. Once inside the condo, the view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The king size bed was absolutely comfortable! I love how she has beach chairs & an umbrella available for us to use! Definitely a nice touch. Miriam was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone!

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

Juan's apartment is really beautiful. I went with my family and we all loved it. Everything was very nice, clean and very well equipped, but above all, the view of the sea. Access to the beach and also to the pools. It is a family atmosphere and very peaceful, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

Super mega recommended, it's the second time I've stayed at this place. You have access to a private beach pool and the best, access to a restaurant and buffet breakfast. When you leave, you walk 10 minutes to the Chedraui and it's a journey that you enjoy a lot when walking. It's the ideal place if you go as a family, a super safe area in the middle of the hotel area and a super beautiful blue beach. You don't walk more than 50 steps from the pool to the beach. The best hosts, super attentive and reliable, even helped me with my return transport, the place is impeccable, it has air conditioning, super good size TVs, super comfortable beds, if you are reading this, book with them, they are the best, it's not for nothing that this is my second time booking and you save extra expenses of moving to beaches, here you have everything.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile arrival and departure process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * In general, the studio is nice and fulfills its function, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest beautifully! * I really appreciate that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of this) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of salespeople * The cost of the day pass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I'd stay at the place again if I go back to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a shop and it serves meals in case you do not want to leave the place, you will find everything right there. The host was always on the lookout for everything to go well.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

It is spacious, it was in a good location for what we wanted to do in Cancun but the place needs to be updated. Couches were dirty (light colors don’t hide). The hosts were very responsive but there was nothing they could do about the condition of the furniture and doors.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

I had a great time staying at this property. The surroundings are beautiful and I felt safe being away from the resorts, but also not in the city center. It was very accessible with a great location just off the main boulevard. Isabel was a great hostess and I found that I lacked for nothing during my stay. Thank you and I look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for families; the pool is great for kids, and the nearby beach is shallow with small waves, making it ideal for them to play safely. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare any meals we desired. I highly recommend this place.
