The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-bath due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would definitely come back! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

This was a beautiful apartment in a good location. The only caveat that I have for others is that the outside noise can be overwhelming for some as it is on a main road. This is out of the owner's control. Other than that, it was a really nice apartment to stay at and very comfortable.

The host was very helpful, and responded quickly to messages. The studio is very well located, close to Playa Tortugas (just across the street), and on the main avenue that takes you to the center in a few minutes by car and to other beaches. The building also has a shopping centre with a 24-hour OXXO "market" and a pharmacy next door, which made shopping much easier. Although the apartment did not have a kitchen, the microwave, minibar, coffee maker and dishes available were sufficient for our stay and needs. The room had a beautiful view of the lagoon, and it was extremely clean and organized. It also has a clothesline inside the bathroom, which made it easier to wash the bikinis. We highly recommend the location!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing place for the price! Augustin is very helpful and quick to respond. We loved having his help in booking some excursions. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself was nice, the host was very responsive at all times. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. I will say be prepared to pay for everything (including extra towels). The resort is nice but the food packages are a little over priced. You will have access to the pools and the beach but thats about it in the resort. Hot tub was functioning and was great once the sun went down ( it does have cold and hot water so you can fill it to your desire). Location was great very close to a lot of things like the aquarium and an outlet mall all within walking distance. I would stay here again if the opportunity comes around again!

Super mega recommended, it's the second time I've stayed at this place. You have access to a private beach pool and the best, access to a restaurant and buffet breakfast. When you leave, you walk 10 minutes to the Chedraui and it's a journey that you enjoy a lot when walking. It's the ideal place if you go as a family, a super safe area in the middle of the hotel area and a super beautiful blue beach. You don't walk more than 50 steps from the pool to the beach. The best hosts, super attentive and reliable, even helped me with my return transport, the place is impeccable, it has air conditioning, super good size TVs, super comfortable beds, if you are reading this, book with them, they are the best, it's not for nothing that this is my second time booking and you save extra expenses of moving to beaches, here you have everything.

This is my second favourite room on this nice property, and it never disappoints! Waking up to the stunning view of the beautiful sea is simply wonderful. The room itself is clean, and comes with all the basic amenities listed. The semi-private beach just steps away, set in safe and peaceful surroundings make for a truly relaxing stay. Easy access to transport, food and grocery deliveries. Host and housekeeping staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

Rodrigo was incredibly helpful, with an impressively fast response time. He greeted us warmly at the door and personally guided us to the apartment. He also went the extra mile by providing a thoughtful list of restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend Rodrigo and will definitely be using his services again!!

Perfect location, the view is incredible. Parking is private with gate and the pool was amazing.

What a beautiful gem! The pictures don’t lie! It was a wonderful vacation for our family of 4. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were great and the master looked out over the ocean. The pool was nice to hang out in the afternoon and evening. The north side of the island is very walkable and we rented a golf cart 1 day to tour the island, otherwise we took the public bus. When we needed more water or reservations at Zama Ander was very responsive! Also the lady checking us in was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

We had a great time staying at Yadira Andrea’s Airbnb! We loved the decor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to see the fireworks from the Hotel Zone. The mall was right next door to the apartment building. It’s a prime location. We were able to take walks and enjoy a nice meal nearby or just shop. Thank you Diana for being attentive and making sure we were great throughout our stay.

Small apartment, but with very nice view

The accommodation was perfect, just like the photos, clean, hot water, super comfortable beds, the view facing the sea, waking up to the sound of the waves, very well located, close to everything and at the same time very quiet. I highly recommend it. We made a very good choice when selecting this accommodation... Don't hesitate!!

Our stay at Amy’s place was absolutely fantastic! The Airbnb was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring beautiful blue water at Playa Garrafon. Capis Management was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the local recommendations. We highly recommend staying here! This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

We stayed here and loved it. Within walking distance to anything you need plus you're right on the beach. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

The room was as advertised! Everything was great. The Host was extremly helpful and super responsive. We even forgot our kids tablet and the host was quick to work with us to get it shipped back. I would highly recommend this home and the friendly host!

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants opposite are very good. The oxxo is still walking.
