Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Playa Chacmool

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was starving. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Nothing to do in the immediate area. Uber was easily accessible. About 20min ride to the Hotel Zone.

The place was beautiful, definitely worth it if you want a more private area to come back to after your day. Very spacious, 3 floors, and the room on the top floor is gorgeous.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

We had some issues finding the house, but once we found it…everything else was perfect! The host was above and beyond, super friendly, helpful and responsive. This was our first time staying on the South end of the island, but it won’t be our last. The place is perfect after a long hot day on the beach, king size bed is comfortable and the house cools down quickly. Absolutely recommend!

For seclusion and relaxation this is the spot! Pictures represent reality. From Cancun airport to ferry, ask host for R/T transfers (only $100) for peace of mind. Take taxi from ferry to house for only $10-15. Ezekiel was there to great us and he can also do a grocery run for you in advance. House has HUGE bedrooms, will host 8 ppl easily with room to spare. The private beach is exactly that - private! Homes, not hotels, on each side of property; all with their own beach. No construction noise for us while there. This side of island has calm waters unlike other side. Owners have removed seaweed out to 20 feet in the water. The seaweed is like short grass in your yard. It's not a big deal. We had a chef come and cook breakfast and supper for $170. They arranged golf cart for $120/day. Huge Chedraui grocery store is only 7min cart ride away; North beach less than 15. Ulan restaurant was amazing. Communication with host was outstanding. First time to island and HIGHLY recommend this home!

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to do a big shop. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night.
