Our house is ideal for larger groups. In summer, barbecue on the terrace, in winter in the cozy lounge with tiled stove. The stop for the Hochzeiger or the Pitztal Glacier is right next to the house, the village centre is only a 5-minute walk away. Area 47, for rafting or canyoning, is 20-30 minutes away. FROM MID-JULY TO END OF AUGUST, ONLY BOOKINGS OF 7 NIGHTS OR MORE. A short-stay surcharge will be charged for up to 3 nights.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!
