Our stay was just beautiful! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful. As a special gesture, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We highly recommend this place!

We had a top holiday partly because of the luxury apartment. Beds are good, rain shower was wonderful. Very nice that there are bath towels, towels and tea towels, hair dryer and a good coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer can also be used. The ski bus stops almost at the door. The welcome was very warm. We immediately booked the apartment for next year. It is highly recommended!

I love this cozy and exquisite house.The room is very comfortable, with a strong sense of life, convenient, and fully equipped with living facilities., clean and tidy, and very convenient to check in.

Amazing place, incredible location with access to amazing hikes/runs. The apartment wads very comfortable with nice touches like dimming lighting, very comfy bed, beautiful cozy balcony to enjoy the view, and all the other little touches (Including the luxurious sauna). Perfect hosts and welcoming hospitality. WOW! We had an amazing stay - there was absolutely nothing that we could find for them to even improve on! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place for us to enjoy during our little trip. We will most definitely be back.

Wonderful apartment, located a one minute walk from the bus stop, to go to the ski resorts. The apartment was extremely clean and the apartment manager was responsive and very friendly.

It was the best stay we have ever had. We were greeted by Tobias, give us a short tour of the house. The house was clean and well organised. Our stay also included with free bus ride. Need to give a shout out to Tob who even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Highly recommended place whoever exploring the nearby attractions.

We had a wonderful time in Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd for letting us spend such a great time with you.

We had a great stay with our children. There is a lot to experience in the area. The playground right next door was also great for the kids.

A pleasant stay, quiet with lovely views, in an apartment with its own access and private terrace. The apartment is on ground floor/ basement level (which was not obvious upon arrival). A coffee maker + teapot with a few capsules + tea bags available, all the essentials for cooking... Great stay:) It might be missing some recommendations of places to visit or eat, but at the same time the city next door is very small;)

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

We felt right at home in Nadine's sparkling clean and cozy apartment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the terrace and dining room views are spectacular (our only regret was we could not take those home with us). We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you Nadine.

The apartment is very modern and simply top. It feels like a home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

We enjoyed sunny days in the beautiful apartment in the Inn Valley. You have a lot of excursion options, a beautiful swimming lake is not far away, mountains right outside the door, what more do you want? :)

We had two very nice days as a stopover on our trip to Italy and can highly recommend the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by Michaela and her husband. The special hospitality continued throughout our stay. There is not just one highlight, but several: a modern apartment furnished with great attention to detail, a breathtaking view from the terrace, various seating and lounging options and an infinity pool with a view of the mountains. The apartment is absolutely clean and the bread roll service is highly recommended. As a family with a small child, nothing was missing in terms of amenities. We will be happy to come back!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We really enjoyed the week for eight in Moritz's place - right on the lake, with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.
