Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perranporth

Had a lovely and peaceful stay. Cheryl was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was exactly as described and what we had hoped for. Will defo go back when we can.

The property was situated perfectly close to the beach, with a lovely walk around a boating lake to reach it. Can't fault it at all, everything's we needed was catered for by vicky and the town itself. we would very much reccomend if you're looking to stay in Perranporth.

A lovely property in a great location with several different ways to walk down into town and to the beach.

we had a perfect week at Penlerick a beautiful cottage by the sea. it felt like being at home, and we loved this place. perfect setting above the beach, amazing views, sound of the waves was lovely. very comfy bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely decor throughout. we will be back x

We had a fantastic week in the Old Schoolhouse. It's placed centrally in the village with shops, restaurants, pubs etc all walkable, including easy access to the SW coast path and surrounded by wonderful countryside. The apartment is beautifully kept and spacious - even if rain kept you in you'd be comfortable. We hope we might stay again sometime.

we absolutely loved our stay. beautiful views from the cottage, nice and quiet area. The kitchen was very well equipped and was very clean. we were able to relax and immediately felt at home. Tamsyn is very responsive, kind and helpful. the property is a short walk from the beach and there is a shop nearby. although the garden is enclosed there are a few small gaps in the hedges so if you have a dog you just need to watch them to ensure they don't hop into the neighbours garden but this wasn't a problem for us. thanks again, we feel refreshed and hope to come back in the future. xxx

We couldn't have wished for a nicer stay. On arrival Mel had left us a welcome basket of goodies, including dog treats for Teddy our cockapoo. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the balcony admiring the amazing view. Her place was perfect for our weekend away, and handy for walking to Porthtowan. The Blues bar and beachside cafe did not disappoint and would recommend a visit to both. We have fallen in love with Mel's place and Porthtowan, and can't wait to come back very soon.

Great host who provided lots of local knowledge. The property was amazing with great views and very relaxing. Just what we needed.

The Lodge is absolutely lovely. It had everything I needed in it. Mark is friendly and approachable. He left breakfast bits, shower gel and shampoo in The Lodge. Would happily stay again.

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

By far the Best spot in Newquay. Literally 2 minute walk from Fistral, 5 min walk from harbour and city center including supermarket and restaurants and shops. Amazing view from balcony, great golf course and amazing ocean which is way closer than it appears on pics. The apartament is super nice and clean equipped with everything you need. William the host was amazing. He even got us a new frying pan when we asked for it. Absolutely best host ever. Newquay is such a great place, this surfing vibe is unbelievable! Kornwall is one of the most beautiful places on this planet. We travel a lot but when we came back we all agreed that this was by far the best trip in our lifes so far. There is something really special about this place and this apartment, the people, our host, the Newquay vibe, the natural beauty.... AMAZING. Love everything about it. Cant wait to be back. special thanks to William for being such an amazing host! Cheers!!!

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

My wife and I had a marvelous one week stay in this cosy and tranquil condo with panoramic views of gorgeous Carbis Bay and easy access to public transport, including the local rail service that runs between St Ives and St Erth just five minutes walk downhill. Spotlessly clean and well provisioned, with a huge light filled kitchen featuring newer appliances, and one of the bathrooms conveniently located downstairs. It was such a pleasure staying in a place reflecting pride of ownership and professional management, creating a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience. The master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for us, but we seem to be the outliers based on reviews. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's place! The loft was very spacious, extremely comfy, and well-equipped. A parking spot is provided. Charlotte lives on the property as do her two sweet pups and some very sociable chickens who tended to greet us when we walked to our car each morning. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful, but a quick drive to the center of Falmouth where there are lots of shops and wonderful restaurants. Trebah garden is only a few minutes away by car and is outstanding. Charlotte is very kind and welcoming, and a super responsive host. We couldn't have asked for anything more and truly enjoyed our stay at the loft. I highly recommend renting this property.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Second time visiting and it was just as good as the first time , we stayed for 10 nights and already want to go back . If peace and tranquility is what your looking for then this is the perfect place , great location with so many amazing destinations within 20 minutes away ( north and south coast ) . Damian was very friendly and helpful especially when it came down to finding the parking. Very easy to talk to when it came to checking in/out. Highly recommend this place and could have stayed longer!

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

My Husband and myself had a lovely stay at Jam First. The property was perfect and very spacious with a beautiful patio area. Lynne was a friendly host with delicious scones waiting our arrival. They have thought of everything. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I and our adult daughter had 3 wonderful days at Riverview. The photos and description on the Airbnb site are accurate but don’t really do it justice. The apartment is modern, bright with every room having a stunning view. The balcony is huge and it is bathed in sunlight up until about midday. It was a pleasure sitting on the deck having Bkfst or sitting in the evening with a drink enjoying the view and sounds of the birds. There is an allocated off road carpark. The apartment is below road level so there is a flight of stairs to go down, which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. The owners of the apartment live in the apartment above. We never heard them walking around. We did meet them on the street and they are an extremely friendly couple. Highly recommend the walking tour “Falmouth Uncovered” with Will. Highly informative and entertaining. Will is a real character and was the highlight of our day in Falmouth. Highly recommend “Riverview”.
