Der Check in und Check out war einfach . Es gab klare Anweisungen. Vor Ort gab es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, mit sowohl Basics wie Zucker und Mehl wie auch Utensilien wie verschieden Töpfe und Pfannen, sogar eine Crêpe Pfanne :). Der Pool ist klein und kalt, hat aber Spaß gemacht. Das Haus liegt direkt neben einer großen Schnellstraße mit Mautstation, oft mussten wir Maut bezahlen wenn wir irgendwo hingefahren sind. Ohne Auto ist das Fortbewegen auch nicht ganz einfach, zur Tram mussten wir mind. 20min laufen, sie fuhr bis 0:00, danach kam sie erst wieder um 5:00 Uhr. Die umliegende Gegend ist sehr schön, innerhalb von 40min waren wir sowohl in der Innenstadt von Montpellier sowie an atemberaubenden Stränden.

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and well appointed kitchen. Great parking for 1 medium car. AC works well and was needed in mid June. Nice space for a big family. Already thinking about next time!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. The location was stunning right on the beach. We were a party of 7 aged 10 to 87 and the house suited us all. We would definitely return.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt direkt am Strand Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus direkt am Meer. Die Lage ist wirklich das Gelbe vom Ei – nach der Promenade steht man direkt mit den Füßen im Sand. Besser geht’s nicht! Das Haus selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Besonders schön war die persönliche Begrüßung durch unseren Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und gleich mit tollen Empfehlungen zur Region versorgt hat. Ein absolutes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war die vom Host organisierte private Führung durch eine nahegelegene Menade. Diese exklusive Erfahrung war nicht nur informativ, sondern auch unglaublich charmant und authentisch – ein echtes Erlebnis, das wir nie vergessen werden! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung, Meeresnähe und persönlichen Service suchen!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Appartement bien conçu, cuisine bien équipée avec le nécessaire indispensable, lave vaisselle, chambre avec penderie très utile, une belle terrasse bien aménagée avec canapé et coussins très cosy, avec table pour déjeuner. Hôte charmant avec conseils touristiques et restaurants, et très réactif aux questions posées. Une semaine très agréable.

Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser liebevoll gestalteten Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt – ebenso unser kleiner Malteser, der sich sofort heimisch gefühlt hat. Die Gastgeber haben ein Auge fürs Detail und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom leckeren Kaffee am Morgen – ein echtes Highlight! Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas klein, aber das scheint dem französischen Standard zu entsprechen. Wir sind einfach größere Maße gewohnt – geschlafen haben wir trotzdem gut. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war das WLAN, das aufgrund der geringen Bandbreite leider etwas langsam war. Wer darauf nicht unbedingt angewiesen ist, findet hier einen wunderbaren Ort zum Entspannen. Excellent. View was breathtaking! Accommodations had everything we needed, but I wish it had a regular coffee maker. The host was very accessible.

Séjour très agréable. Logement au calme et bien situé à proximité d’un terminus de tramway, très pratique pour se déplacer à Montpellier. Cuisine ouverte très agréable, literie confortable, le balcon est très appréciable pour se détendre et pour l’apéritif.

J’ai adoré mon séjour chez Flora. L’accueil de Chantal est chaleureux et Flora est proactive. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une merveilleuse vue de la mer. Il y a des cafés et restaurants à découvrir à quelques minutes de marche. Le studio est propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour s’y sentir comme chez soi et le lit était très confortable.

Super séjour très agréable. Bel appartement vraiment confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons adoré la vue mer et la vue sur les étangs de l'autre côté. La résidence est calme et située idéalement pour aller dans le centre à pieds ou rejoindre les étangs pour de belles ballades à vélo.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Magnifique séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue splendide. Appartement grand confort avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé. Un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu prendre dans ma vie, propreté irréprochable, odeur dans l’appartement incroyable. La terrasse est immense avec jacuzzi, bbq, salon de jardin … On a pu profiter de la piscine sans modération. Morgane est une hôte de qualité, elle a pensé à tout dans les petits détails.. Elle est également toujours disponible et très réactive en cas de besoin. La résidence est plutôt bien situé avec plusieurs commerces ainsi que la plage à proximité. Hâte d’y revenir !!

Jean Francois could not have been more helpful. Lovely flat with great views - especially at sunset. The flat was short of nothing - it had everything we wanted and more. It was very well equipped and felt like a home. The area was great - good choice of restaurants, long sandy beaches very close by, cycle hire - and good cycle network. Easy to get into Montpellier by bus and tram.
