We offer a nice 2-room apartment of about 38 m2 located on the ground floor in the villa. You will appreciate the absolute calm. Located 15 minutes from downtown Montpellier and 5 minutes from the first beach of Carnon (by car) La Grande Motte, Palavas, Villeneuve-les-Maguelone. This apartment is located in the pretty and very lively village of Pérols which is close to shops, the Arena, the exhibition center. Bike paths for beautiful bike rides in the surrounding area.

We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with sea views of 180 ° thanks to a bay overlooking the beach + a bay overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The bedrooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.
