Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pérols

Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until midnight, then it only came back at 5:00 am. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city centre of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. The location was stunning right on the beach. We were a party of 7 aged 10 to 87 and the house suited us all. We would definitely return.

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best – after the promenade, you can stand directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better than that! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that attention to detail is paid here. The personal greeting from our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organised by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Well designed apartment, well-equipped kitchen with essentials, dishwasher, bedroom with very useful wardrobe, a beautiful well appointed terrace with sofa and very cozy cushions, with table for lunch. Charming host with tourist tips and restaurants, and very responsive to questions. A very enjoyable week.

We spent one night in this lovingly designed accommodation and felt very comfortable – as did our little Maltese, who immediately felt at home. The hosts have an eye for detail and the stay was very pleasant. We were particularly enthusiastic about the delicious coffee in the morning - a real highlight! The bed was a little small for our taste, but that seems to be the French standard. We are simply used to larger dimensions - we still slept well. The only small downside was the WiFi, which was unfortunately a bit slow due to the low bandwidth. If you don't necessarily need it, you'll find a wonderful place to relax here. What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful sea view. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the centre on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

Jean Francois could not have been more helpful. Lovely flat with great views - especially at sunset. The flat was short of nothing - it had everything we wanted and more. It was very well equipped and felt like a home. The area was great - good choice of restaurants, long sandy beaches very close by, cycle hire - and good cycle network. Easy to get into Montpellier by bus and tram.
