The Annexe Rusper House located in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside at the end of a private lane backing on to fields. 2 bedroom 2 shower rooms annexe set over 2 floors. Large kitchen/breakfast room ( white goods inc washing machine ) Lounge is large and opens on to a balcony. There is a desk in the corner. 1 double bedroom is on this floor with the 2nd bedroom consisting of 2 single beds on the lower floor. This opens up on to a patio with views across the private 1 acre garden.

This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website.
