What a beautiful cottage. Perfect for myself and my 2 friends. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus and the pool looked beautiful. The gardens were beautiful. All in all would highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a wonderful location. Ideal for a dog, with walk routes starting opposite the property.

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

A lovely modern cottage, exactly as described and photographed. It was well kitted out and essentials were provided. The bed was super comfortable but just a gentle note that if you have any mobility issues the apex of the roof means that you cannot stand up straight around the bed and the bed is low but this was not a problem on our stay. Helena and Philip were both really friendly and helpful. My personal favourite touch was when Philip invited me to pick some roses from the cottage garden to take inside. The hot tub was a real treat but please be mindful that you are in someone’s back garden so not completely secluded if they are enjoying their own space. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back.

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Excellent stay in a very well presented property. Very quiet and peaceful location but with in easy access of local amenities. Swimming pool and hot tub was a great bonus. Communication from Peter and Karen was very good. Plan to return in the future.

A wonderful stay at the piggery. really clear guidance and instructions fron the host Clare and lots of lovely optional extras available. check in was easy and flexible. The home was lovely and clean and beautifully simple in decor. A really relaxing atmosphere. the outdoor space was calming and secluded. You felt like you were in your own little piece of heaven. Two lovely runner ducks on site who popped by every morning and evening to say hello. A really quick response from Clare when we became short of wood and it was delivered less than 20 minutes later. Lots of lovely homely touches and all the appliances, cutlery and niceties you could need. I booked for a suprise weekend away for my partners 50th and he absolutely loved it. A truly relaxing getaway. There is lots to do in the area including walks, gardens and pubs but we enjoyed the site so much we just stayed in!

We stayed at Nina's in the Easter holiday with our two younger children. All of us were left enchanted by her beautiful home! we would love to revisit in the near future. The living room and open plan kitchen was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating our meals with the garden doors wide open. I must say the garden stole the show with it's spacious hot tub! It's situated in such a mesmerising location where you look out to fields. Sheep can be heard constantly- something my three year old absolutely loved! We miss the serenity of the countryside and the beautiful views from the house! Definitely worth a visit! The surrounding areas are simply superb!

Such a tranquil, beautiful setting with views of the rolling countryside and woodland walks on the doorstep. Inside, Little House is akin to a boutique hotel with a standalone roll-top bath and lots of thoughtful touches such as flowers from the garden and local apple juice. I stayed at Little House as part of recovery from a major surgery and couldn’t have asked for anywhere more perfect!

We spent an absolutely wonderful few days in Charlie's charming cottage. It was very well appointed with lots of little touches and extras to make our stay very comfortable, we were thrilled with the food hamper and all the condiments/cereals/bits and bobs in the kitchen to make cooking stress free. Location wise, it is close to good roads/transport links yet simultaneously feels right in the middle of the countryside, we enjoyed a number of beautiful walks in the local area and it was very convenient for the nearby Champneys. I would highly recommend staying here :) Thanks for having us!

Nettle Fields exceeded our (already high) expectations. The barn design, is very cool. Windows and magnificent glass doors in every room allow the beauty of the outside to blend with the clean lines and calmness inside. It’s an incredible space which felt both tranquil and homely. The interior was immaculate, stylish, creative and high quality throughout. Our hosts, Michael and Toby were excellent and attentive. They were available promptly and were so kind and considerate. This is the best place we’ve stayed in and I cannot recommend it enough. I would give 6 stars if available.

I can't say enough good things about my time at Lulu's cottage. It was so intentionally and thoughtfully decorated and cared for. A truly unique and calm getaway just a short drive from London. The Kent Downs are gorgeous to explore and there is tons to do in the area (or just a short drive away). Really...we just wanted to spend time inside, cooking and relaxing. From the french doors out to the backyard, to the copper tub, to the most ultimate kitchen of my dreams, thank you for the environment you've created for your guests. It gave us an experience we won't soon forget! Lulu was very attentive and available for whatever we needed. She also gave me the knitting pattern for the bathmats in the cottage ;) Thanks Lulu! We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Beautiful Airbnb and a great location- a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Lovely sunny garden with furniture and a bbq. Comfortable beds. The stairs are steep but that’s called out in the description. We can’t wait to visit again!

Everything from initial booking to arrival & departure was excellent. Good communications , instructions & local recommendations! Nothing to fault & lots to praise - would definitely recommend if you want a novel property in a peaceful location!!

Very cozy for two people (and a small dog)! We liked the cottage and the beautiful garden very much. Lynda is a perfect host. Highly recommended.

We only came across Lily’s place a few days before we travelled after being let down by a late cancellation elsewhere, but ended up feeling like we had ended up with somewhere even better than where we had originally booked. Lily was extremely helpful with great communication throughout. She offered us early check in and didn’t rush us to check out either. The cottage itself was ideal for us and our children - comfy beds, plenty of space, everything cleaned and finished to a high standard. We were touched by all the additional extras - milk in the fridge on arrival, pain au chocolats for breakfast, good coffee and hot chocolate available and grateful for the use of a highchair so we didn’t need to bring our own. Our children slept brilliantly (better than they do at home) which enabled us to enjoy an excellent and very reasonable takeaway from the Greek restaurant next door. We had no issues or complaints at all and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! The location is fantastic — super convenient and close to everything we needed. The space was spotless and really well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use, with all the cutlery and appliances clearly thought through. The bathroom had a high-end finish that gave it a real luxury feel. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

Very clean and tidy house, well organised with lots of information and suggestions from the owner. Beautiful windows on every side of the house overlooking the garden and the nature around. We would definitely come back. P.S. Loved Lynda’s lemon cake! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Castle Cottage. The cottage was clean, generally as described and very homely. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and found so much to do locally during our stay. We would thoroughly recommend! Thank you Fiona!

A lovely quiet spot close to the beach. Lisa was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Stayed for just over a week, perfect location, beautiful views, and plenty of wildlife. House was ideal for us - 2 families (4 adults, 1 teen and an infant) . Highly recommend and would love to return. So many places to visit close by, but also a great base if you want to go further afield. House was very clean and fresh, and we loved the little welcome pack!

Helpful and clear instructions to get into a very cosy cottage. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and very cosy feel with nice decorations and ornaments. Good location with a pub and Chinese takeaway just round the corner and bus routes to get into town. Would recommend. Thank you!

Our second stay at Victoria’s was just as comfortable as last time - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. It is also ideal for anyone with mobility issues given the spacious layout all on one floor. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow much time in the garden, but that can’t be helped! A nearby Morrisons is handy for basic shopping, with a large Lidl not far away. 30 mins by car to Glyndebourne. We would certainly recommend the Barn and hope to return ourselves again in future. Oh yes, and we enjoyed the welcome cake!

Michelle was there to meet us and was extremely helpful pointing out places to visit and also the best places to eat in the locality. The property is set down a quiet lane in lovely countryside. Inside everything was spotless and it’s impossible to fault anything. We would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you Michelle for a lovely stay.
