Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pecos River

Perfect place for our seven people (two couples and three children). Gorgeous art and colors in the house, big kitchen. Walkable into the old town and all the great restaurants and shops!

Location. Location. Location. This place is idyllic for two or less than six people or so. You must try all the bakeries within walking distance (start with the French one and you will always feel like you belong in Santa Fe). The place is clean and well-appointed, and it feels "happy" to be there. The pictures are accurate, too. Did I mention the location? We struggled with the hot tub and suffered through the first two nights, but that's on us. Once we called, David was right over to fix it and it worked better than ever. With Spring making its first appearance early, there might have been an expectation we wouldn't use it, but we enjoyed it so much, and it made stargazing and cuddles in the hot tub a nightly treat. I travel a lot for both work and pleasure, and this place is the perfect combination of location, amenities, affordability, and excellent service. David even took a package that arrived late back to the UPS store, so I did not have to deal with the issue. Hit BOOK NOW!

The place was very nice. We would like to plan a trip there again maybe next year and if it is available, we will stay there again. The couches are comfortable, the master bed which I slept in was so comfortable I fell right to sleep.

Texas panhandle hospitality at its best! You immediately feel right at home. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and there are so many thoughtful touches, like plush towels, comfortable bedding, savory treats, and more. You enjoy quiet and privacy inside and out, but the hosts are always quick to respond and available for assistance. There is a very cute and super clean patio inside a fenced-in backyard, perfect for sitting outside. The single-car garage adds an element of safety. This is one of my all-time favorite places to stay in Amarillo and a bonus that it is dog friendly. Coco is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home in both The Cozy Cowboy and in Amarillo. She provides excellent recommendations for locally owned restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and things to do. You get to enjoy your time as a guest and don’t have a list of chores at check out. You simply pack up and leave. Coco and her husband, truly make you feel like valued guests.

Would definitely stay there again!!

Very cozy place, great location, lots to do nearby.

This place was a true bargain...all the amenities plus more--coffee selection, fridge with breakfast ideas from Trader Joe's plus some beer from local brewery, Santa Fe Brewery, and nice water cooler...but the highlight was personal delivery of home-baked croissants! Very nice touch! Oh, and the warm, fuzzy bathrobe to don before answering the door after emerging from the nice warm shower!

The home was beautiful and interesting. We enjoyed walking around checking out all her decor. We loved the Harry potter closet! and I fell in love with the nutcrackers and the Buddha! Definitely stay again if available.

I had a lovely stay with Katherine and Ross! The place is pristinely clean and very comfortable/welcoming. They seem to prioritize sustainable efforts based on the toiletries, etc available, which I really appreciate. They also had a really nice tea selection available along with a kettle! The hosts were also super responsive and helpful anytime I had a question. And the area - so perfectly walkable! Would definitely stay next time I’m in Santa Fe 🙂

OSHA unit one is very modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated. You park literally in front of the door on the east side and on the west side is another door from the living area to a long covered deck or porch. You are a one minute walk from Burro Street. This is possibly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—immaculate!

Janet was responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out. Her place was clean and perfect for a quick one night get away in Santa Fe! We did not use the kitchen, but the refrigerator and sink would come in handy if saving leftovers. Thank you for an excellent stay and your hospitality!

Michael’s apartment is clean and organized. A great place to stay for a large group. Will definitely come back

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb that was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly clean, making it so comfortable to settle in. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which is always a top priority. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

This was my second stay at one of Gita’s properties. I love that I can walk to the Plaza and to Canyon Road.

We loved the place, beautiful decoration, it was like being at home, everything was very comfortable. Too bad the water heater broke down, but Louise efficiently solved the problem by offering us to stay in the condo next door. I hope the heater is fixed soon, because we would like to stay in your condo because we really liked it very much.

Amazing location! Close to all the fun and an easy walk to the campus. The place was incredibly clean and easy to find. Highly recommend!

Our host was welcoming and responded to our requests, prior to check in. During the duration of our stay, we had everything we needed: extra towels, blankets, pillows, crib and dishes. We made some home cook meals and enjoyed the walking distance to Rib Crib. Thank you for making us feel at home and will definitely return in the future.

Georgia is an amazing host & extremely responsive! Any/all of our inquiries were met with an immediate response. We couldn't have been more pleased with Georgia's warm, inviting & well established home!! We would definately recommend spending time away & relaxing in this well acquainted condo!
