Artful Studio at Iconic Property

Perfectly situated in the middle of town near major Marfa attractions, MOTEL is a thoughtful, multi-year adobe renovation spearheaded by craftsman, Jantzen Matzdorff who is known for intentional restorations and putting his entire heart into his work. With design by renowned design firm McCray & Co., this is the latest in a series of successful projects together. They created this original boutique hotel almost exclusively with vintage and custom finishes while honoring the original structure.

Romantic Room #2 in Vintage Inn w/ Shared Kitchen

Room #2 of Mountainside Inn features soft colors, comfy bedding including high end pillows, new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, and a cozy sitting area for morning coffee. The private bathroom just got an upgrade with a luxury vanity, hanging space for your clothes and a vanity area with a mirror and sweet stool that continues the unique feel of the room. Don't forget you also have access to the communal kitchen and are welcome to cook an entire meal or grab a snack for stargazing out back.

Marfa House Fronteriza, Accessible and Central

Marfa House, originally built as a railroad hotel in 1892, offers an oasis of comfortable accommodations in the heart of Marfa's historic center, a short walk from galleries, restaurants, and shops. The Fronteriza apartment has a full kitchen/dining area, bedroom with queen bed and Roku TV, a gas fireplace, and a large accessible bathroom, as well as original art with a contemporary and West Texas flair. Guests have access to a common gallery with gas fireplace, and a 2nd floor balcony.

Downtown King Loft w/180 City View - ACP Hotel

Located in the heart of Downtown Alpine, TX - This King Suite is -- honest-to-God -- our favorite loft (don't tell the other lofts). Private ensuite bathroom w/stand up shower. King-sized bed and three giant windows high above the city, overlooking the nexus of the Big Bend and letting in just the right amount of glorious sunlight. Step outside and you are right in the middle of town. Walk to shops, art galleries, coffee shops or take a stroll through the alleys and check out the murals.

Bandolero Suite

Marfa House Bandolero Suite is a second-floor two-bedroom/two bath apartment located in a restored adobe in the historic district of Marfa, steps from downtown restaurants, galleries, and shops. The sun-lit apartment features a full kitchen and dining area, and a living room with Roku TV, a gas fireplace, and original artwork. Guests also have access to common areas, including a spacious gallery with gas fireplace, a second-floor balcony, and a screened atrium with large TV and firepit.

Guests also have access to a gallery with gas fireplace, a second-floor balcony, and a screened atrium with large TV and firepit.

Perfect for a single, family, or small group of travelers, this charming suite has access to all of the BOHEMIO amenities on property. Enjoy two queen bedrooms a living room, and steam shower only a few blocks from downtown.

Comfy Room #4 in Historic Inn with Shared Kitchen

Room 4 features a crispy red plaid color scheme and vintage furniture that makes this, our smallest room, feel cozy and honestly one of our favorites. The queen bed, private bath and 1950s chair and lamp provide comfy places to enjoy the view of the mountain with convenient access to the side entrance. Just 3 blocks from the main street, the Inn has a uniquely homey feel. Each room has access to the kitchen, living room, dining room with table that seats 8 and the sunroom.
