Holiday rentals with a patio in Pecos River

The location was excellent and walkable to downtown and the plaza. All lines, appliances and finishes were top of the line. I’d definitely recommend booking this place for your next visit to Santa Fe

Really enjoyed my stay at this unit. Very private, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of park and nature area and the units dedicated courtyard area is a nice place to chill and relax after a hard day's work. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at Tonya's AirBNB. She was communicative and the location was as advertised. The home was clean and well taken care of.

This simple studio had everything I needed. Plenty of room to walk my dog across the street. Good parking close to the entrance.

Great place right in the middle of Marfa! Easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants and bars!

I loved my stay at Andrews place! It was super cozy and was even better in person than in the pictures! The bed was very comfortable, the views were great and it was in walking distance to parks and the cathedral.

Richard was an extremely nice host and made the check-in and stay easy. His place was located in the coolest little spot. It was kind of a magical first in my road trip through NM. Went to the market up the street for dinner my night there and came back to stargaze for a bit after. Richard had every bit of the chill and hospitable NM attitude I encountered by the locals in the area. Thanks, Richard! I was a little scatter brained during my stay after my flight and some hiccups with rental cars. This was a true place to rest and felt like a little gem. Highly recommend

Devin was a great & polite host! I stayed for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday since he couldn’t come home. Devin was very accommodating & responded quickly. The Penthouse is extremely roomy & comfortable! The views are immaculate and the space has great cooking utensils. Water & snacks are provided as well as Netflix & Prime. There is a dart & pool table for enjoyment and me and my son went a few rounds & that was a nice experience. The balcony is also extremely large and wraps around the entire townhome space!

Claudia's place was a perfect home away from home. Our company was in town to do some work and Claudia's place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, a ton of parking (including a lot across the street), and a beautifully renovated and clean space. Claudia was flexible with our dates and responsive to any and all questions we had!

We LOVED staying there. We felt completely at home. It was so easy to explore Carlsbad Caverns and the Guadalupe Mountains from there. The kitchen was so user-friendly and the bed was super comfortable.

We had a great stay at John’s place. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts for our families. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with coffee, it was a very peaceful space!

Very nice queen safe place to stay close to all the amenities we needed for us,Amarillo gun club was convenient from this location.

The house was very nice and clean. A lot of personal touches. Kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood.

very cute stay! if you need to cook, they have everything you need, they have extra blankets by the TV, board games in the entertainment center, they left us a detailed list of food options and their addresses. they even left us a few snacks!. the back yard is huge and easy to access. overall great stay. I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

It was beautiful did not disappoint but the sad part pool was under maintenance and didn’t get to swim

Very nice place to stay. Very well stocked with everything you need to stay there. Exceptionally clean. Aaron was very responsive to communication and helpful with the check-in process. Check-in was so simple, we didn't need to meet up with anyone, just a simple code to unlock the place. Aaron checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our comfort. Highly recommend this place. Santa Fe is wonderful city, the restaurants are incredible.

Wonderful , quiet place to unwind. Nice little private patio for a cocktail. Excellent location to walk to the Plaza and enjoy the day and restaurants. Our car was only used to get to a trailhead and Meow Wolf. We would definitely stay there again. Location is perfect. The accomodations were immaculate and a great bed!

The place exceeded expectations. Lynn was extremely responsive for any questions I had. Check-in was easy as well as checkout process. Place was extremely clean and was perfect location for nearby family. Loved the snacks, coffee and small details like shampoo and soap provided. Park was close-by for dog walks multiple times per day. Would highly recommend!!

We stayed the month of March for our grandkids Spring Break. The condo was perfect, I cooked almost every day, did laundry and just made myself at home. Grocery store across the street was very convenient! The parking lot was close to condo and also covered and lighted. We can’t say enough good about the place, we will definitely stay again if available. Terri was so helpful and available at all times!

Julie's condo is the perfect spot! I traveled and stayed there with another friend of mine, and we both commented regularly throughout our four nights how fantastic this spot was. Just the right amount of tasteful local charm, everything that you could think of stocked and ready to use, comfortable beds and furniture, very clean everywhere, a cute private outdoor space, and a fantastic location... a short drive to anywhere you'd want to go. Also - only about five minutes drive to some terrific hiking trails. Will definitely be back, as Julie is also such a fantastic host - gracious and responsive.
