By bike or car you can reach one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater trail start right at the house. Due to very good access to the Berliner Ring, our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips.

The approximately 43 m² non-smoking house is located on a large property in a quiet location. It is about 100 years old and has been lovingly renovated and converted by us. We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower. Welcome to Berlin Mahlsdorf! Here, a simple studio apartment with bathroom awaits you. The place is a good retreat in the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet well connected: 5-minute walk to the tram to Köpenick 7-minute walk to the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station 35 minutes by line S5 to Alexanderplatz Right on Bundesstraße 1. Despite everything, it is quiet here. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the house and equipped with its own key. Come by!

In the north of Berlin and only 20 minutes from the center you will find our beautiful vacation home. On 65 square meters is everything you need during a visit to Berlin. The house with 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 7 people. Under the covered terrace or on the 30 sqm sun terrace, you can perfectly relax after a city stroll and end the day. We are a young family and also live on the premises. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Entire house-120 sqm quiet oasis near Berlin (S-Bahn near)

The S-Bahn (10 minutes walk) takes you to Berlin City in 30 minutes without changing trains (at Friedrichstraße station or directly at the Brandenburg Gate). Nevertheless, you will find a huge oasis of peace afterwards, with plenty of space also as a tourist with children. After the exciting day and night in Berlin, you can recharge your batteries while eating together in the modern kitchen or chill out on the terrace in the garden.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
