The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: Im N/O Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom bike path, just behind the city limits, quiet but only 5 minutes walking distance from the S-Bahn train, which takes you to the city center in 30 minutes. By bike or car you can reach one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater trail start right at the house. Due to very good access to the Berliner Ring, our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips.

Supermarkets, bakery and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking and wifi (appropriate for surfing/emails, not suitable for streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is located in Panketal, directly on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

Quiet Stay Zepernick – right next to Berlin

Modern, bright 64 m² apartment in a quiet location on the Berlin city border. The accommodation in a well-kept two-family house offers a view of greenery. The S-Bahn (line S2 directly to Mitte) can be reached in about 17 minutes on foot, alternatively there is a regular bus service. A supermarket and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are nearby. The A11 motorway exit is just a few minutes away. Fully equipped – with Wi-Fi, kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment has 2 rooms on 43 square meters of living space and thus plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a covered parking space, height approx. 2.30 m, with a barrier directly on the property.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
