Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Schwanenburg Apartments am Helios Klinikum - Apartment 3: This friendly and bright accommodation (15 sq m) features a French double bed (width 1.40 m), a bathroom, and a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Supermarkets, a bakery and a chemist's are 700 metres away. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming/video calls to a limited extent) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. A bus station is in front of the house.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
