The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

By bike or car you can reach one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater trail start right at the house. Due to very good access to the Berliner Ring, our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips.

Supermarkets, a bakery and a chemist's are 700 metres away. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming/video calls to a limited extent) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. A bus station is in front of the house.
