Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Palos Verdes Peninsula

This was my second time staying at Silvia’s place. It is located in between Los Angeles and Long Beach near major highways 110, 405 and 91, so I can go anywhere from her place, which I did. There is great shopping and restaurants in Carson just south of her house. The home has nice amenities and Silvia gives it a personal touch, and communicates with me well. I like staying there, because the people are friendly and I can go anywhere.

Adrian is a truly exceptional host—kind, generous, and always willing to go the extra mile. He has a great way of connecting with guests and was consistently available whenever I needed help. One evening, despite it being 8:45 PM, he kindly drove me to Food 4 Less and Target, showing how attentive and accommodating he is. He also took me to San Bernardino for an important meeting with an attorney, saving me both time and money by offering a very reasonable rate for the ride. Though I had booked a small, cozy room in his home, it was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. On a day off, Adrian went out of his way to make it special—taking me to LA beach and Trump National Golf Course, creating memories I’ll always cherish. To top it off, he even gifted me a brand-new jacket and later dropped me off at the airport for a very fair price. People like Adrian are rare. I would absolutely love to stay at his place again the next time I visit LA.

Great stay, the location and backyard are beautiful! House has all the things you need. The only thing we struggled with is there was no central air conditioning and while this wouldn't be a big deal if you slept around 10pm, since we were on Eastern time zone we were in bed by 6pm and just felt a tad bit warm to fall asleep otherwise great house!

I really enjoyed staying at Michael's place while I was in town. Place was pristine & close to places of interest + bus routes which appeared it to me same that he's friendly, I felt right at home, & that his listing overall was definitely worth the cost. Would book at stay at his place again.

I loved the layout of the bedroom. I got much needed rest!

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

Mieko was a really responsive and kind host that answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The Airbnb was as described with lots of amenities and there was always plenty of parking on the street. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops (an Aldi for any grocery needs literally right next door within walking distance) which was great, but also unfortunately had the caveat of loud street noise at night. We felt very safe in the area though and overall had a great stay.

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

The apartment was cute! Perfect for one or two folks. Walkable to coffee and/or to the beach. Has everything you need + sweet little touches. (I so appreciated the hand steamer as I traveling for business!) Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Lupita’s place is great! We went for calivibes and loved having a place that was walkable and comfortable! I don’t know what pillows she uses but they are ridiculously comfortable. Her place has everything you need an

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Very clean unit, and as described in the listing. Good value for a stay in Long Beach. Miguel was also a generous host - plenty of linens, towels, paper towels and bathroom tissue, in addition to pantry stocked with the necessities.
