My place is a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes away to the closest shopping center/movie theater. There are many walking trails and a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. (1 king bed, 1 cot). PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATHROOM. It is a converted garage, which we turned into a studio apartment. This is suitable for 2 adults and 1 kid. 2 adults is most comfortable. Backyard is shared, with the owners of the house.
