Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Palhoça

The best part of our stay was to have requested the heated pool — we were able to enjoy a lot! Marcelo and his wife were extremely hospitable, always helpful and quick to answer, resolving any question with agility. Some showers were having hot water problems and only one of the whirlpools warmed up properly, but nothing that compromised our experience. The house accommodates a large group very well, with several bathrooms that greatly facilitate the coexistence. We love our stay and highly recommend renting the house for family trips or with friends. It delivers even more than the photos show!

Our time at Suzana's house was wonderful. She is a can of kindness and her Alerrandro so you don't even talk helpful and with a lot of joy ... I loved the hosts and the house so it's a wonder . To wake up to that landscape . Township That view of the sun rising behind the island is wonderful... We love .. my children wanted to stay" in the house of the neighbor". District I really enjoyed the conversations with your Alerrandro baita person and with great experiences to share . When I go to those sides again I will stop by to give them a hug... Excellent stay. André always very helpful in answering the doubts and assisting in what was necessary, was kind enough to provide sunguard even if there was no ad. The house is excellent, easy access, with all necessary utensils, spacious, comfortable, very well ventilated and the balcony is great, the differential of the house, providing relaxation on the hammocks while the children have fun. Safe location, with options of nearby and very well located restaurants, quiet street for those looking for rest and privacy. Extremely clean and new bed linens. Near wonderful beaches. Really a wonderful stay. We will certainly return.

Our stay at Irene's place was wonderful. House with large rooms, organized, very complete. We feel at home and for sure when we return to Pinheira we will look for it. Irene was so thoughtful. Home is just like the listing, and Irene has other on-site stay options that also interested us for an upcoming vacation. The location of the house is also great, we did pretty much everything on foot. We loved it!

It was all perfect, great location, close to the beach, beach with little movement, has waves and by car is close to other beaches with calm waters, giant courtyard for parking, shower outside, full house, as in the photos, many kitchen items, well organized and clean, the space of the second kitchen makes all the difference for a family meal. Diego was very attentive.

We enjoyed our stay at villa daniela, any problems we had dio was very helpful and made sure all was okay. The villa is beautiful with a minute walk to the beach the location is incredible.

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will be back.
