The residence is a family space, a typical beach house with 100mts², large and cozy spaces on a quiet street, just 200mts from the sea and 3min from BR 101. The house is complete, private location, enclosed yard, accommodates up to four vehicles, rooms with queen beds, air conditioning and two bathrooms. The neighbourhood is located between the sea and Serra do Tabuleiro, a strategic region to travel to the Centre of Palhoça, Floripa or the southern beaches, also with trails and waterfalls nearby in minutes.

CASA PÉ NA AREIA - Semi-private beach, calm sea

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

There are two properties on the same plot, however ,the space is separated or private no one enters the space of the other. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach ,we are behind the sea . , in one of the best locations ,the streets are sidewalks ,market nearby. A very quiet neighborhood. The centre of Pinheira is about 10 minutes away on foot. We do not have a covered garage, the car is in the courtyard.
