We have a garage in front of the house, it is open. You will be 5 minutes from the center, close to the gastronomic route of the Coqueiros neighborhood with bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy and laundry 450 meters away. Unfortunately, the beach is not suitable for swimming (like all the beaches on the Floripa continent)

The land has two independent houses, you are at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with barbecue. The upstairs house is usually uninhabited, if there is someone it is an elderly couple.
