Holiday rentals with lake access in Palhoça

Our stay at this house was spectacular. From the first moment, Marcia was an excellent host: always attentive, kind and willing to help us with everything we needed. The house is beautiful, as shown in the photos, with comfortable, clean and well-equipped spaces. The care is noticeable in every detail, from the decoration to the functionality of the rooms. In addition, the location is very good, in a quiet environment and just a few blocks from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the sea without having to go too far. One of the great points in favor is the outdoor area. The pool is ideal for cooling off after the beach, and the gazebo allowed us to enjoy excellent moments outdoors. Everything is very well maintained and designed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Definitely a perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation. We hope to be back soon!

the house is excellent, we went in 11 adults and accommodated super well, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, all kitchen items ( blender/electric kettle/freezer and refrigerator/refrigerator/ items for barbecue), the pool is sunny all day, well lit, the cars stayed inside the lot and closed, has a washing machine and space to extend clothes, pillows and tbm sheets, microwave and oven in full operation, Huli was extremely attentive with us, as well as his Tbm parents, including providing a new ventilator, the house has a beach and a sun guard chair, we are super wills! We are finally back! the beach is super close ( you can walk) but we prefer to go on the Embaú guard that even with the holiday traffic we arrive in 8 minutes! access to the house is great just like the neighborhood! Perfect places! Fully equipped house, right between Pinheira and Guarda. 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, whether in Pinheira through the city or through Guarda via trail (flat, quiet at the back of the house). Close to the center and markets, we did everything on foot! A place to decompress and Carol was a sweetheart, from the moment we arrived, she gave us tips and even a map!

We were some families, with children, and the weather in the house was exceptional. We lived for 15 days and we were all comfortable, the area is safe and quiet, very close to the beach, so the children could walk. The house is well equipped. There are some markets very close that made it easier to shop at the last minute. It is also close to other more crowded beaches within 10 minutes by car and 40 from shoppings. The family was always in touch and available, with guidance and kindness. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely like to repeat!

It was all wonderful, Anderson super solicitous responded quickly, the wonderful pool to the very well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom if you leave the door of the room open the house is well ventilated. We were very well taken care of.

The hosts were extremely helpful and solved any issues quickly. The place is simple but great, safe and friendly.

Jackson was super helpful, always responding very carefully and quickly. He was flexible with the check-in and checkout questions. The house is close to the beach, easy to access, in a quiet area with receptive neighbors. Many nearby Markets and food options. We hope we can relive the experience.

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

Oi Soraia. Great stay. We spent a very good holiday at this location. The apartment has an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the strong point is the external space of the condominium with a very large green area and a very good infra. Deixo only a suggestion regarding the check-out time because at 10 am it is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 hours at least, or else there is a flexibility, even because, I think that hardly another guest would occupy the property soon after the holiday ends. This is as a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Ivanhoé's apartment is excellent: very well located, decorated and spacious. Very good quality bedding as well. We were very well received by Andreia. Two unique caveats: air conditioners seem to deserve a sanitization and the one in the suite could be quieter. Anyway, we would return (and we intend to go back), for sure.

Very beautiful and quiet place. We spent great days, we love the experience and wake up in the wild and see the animals from the site strolling around the property. We only had a problem with the internet that was not working and I had to work but I was able to use the mobile data on the phone.

Charming place! We were very well received by a super friendly gentleman and we loved the place. Everything was very clean, tidy. Our cottage was very small, but very cozy. The backyard with the river and the waterfall is phenomenal. Township brings a very great peace. One day we will be back for sure.

Our stay was great. It complied with our need and expectation. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Facilimo access to the lagoon. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities at your disposal. Very cozy room and great TV. Cadeirinhas de Praia and Guarda sun available. Bastante nets, tables and chairs. We just miss more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it!

Excellent place, calm , with excellent location almost in front of Surfland. Gated community of houses, with a 24-hour guard. We feel super secure. House with fenced , being possible to let the pet loose to play in the grass. Internet with excellent signal. Large TV in the living room and comfortable couch; the host did not have cable TV, but as it is Smart TV, NETFLIX and Globoplay were available. Excellent rooms, organized, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is complete, great space!!! Excellent barbecue on the back of the house, very good, with skewers and grill available. This space lacked a pia /balcony next to the bbq but we saw all the plumbing ready and will probably be installed soon. Excellent rest area also in this place, very calm and quiet. We leave there thinking about when we'll be back !!!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy hut. We enjoy as a family, swim in the river with cool and invigorating waters, and at night we had a delicious barbecue followed by a fire, where we roasted marshmallows. Although there were no lemons for the salad, we found some on the property, which is surrounded by fruit trees. It was a very relaxing experience, perfect for anyone wanting to escape the stress of the city. Also, when we had a problem with our car, Mari was incredibly attentive and helped us solve with the help of the neighbors. Thanks so much! We'll definitely be back soon

We had an amazing experience at Mahana’s place. It’s very big, comfortable, clean, amazing space outside, kitchen well equipped, great location. Communication worked perfect. No complains! We definitely will come back in another opportunity!
