New Loft... it is 200 meters from the Sea of Balneário Ponta do Papagaio, in Palhoça, on the coast of Greater Florianópolis. You will be among the most beautiful beaches... Do Sonho, Praia Mar Aberto, Praia da Pinheira and will have easy access to Famosa Praia da Guarda do Embaú and Vale da Utopia. Environment in Open Space concept, comfortably accommodates 2 people. It has a kitchen equipped with an Airfryer, minibar, stove, sandwich maker. Bedroom with bed linen and towels, Smart TV, Central Inverter Air-Conditioning.

Studio - casa azul

Beautiful Studio on Guarda do Embaú Beach, a 10-minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for those who like to enjoy nature during the day and the nightlife of Guarda. The leisure area in a kiosk with a barbecue and wood-burning stove with lawn and trees provides coziness and tranquility (shared use with Studio). The house was renovated at the end of 2019, has a water tank so as not to run out in the summer, a shower on the street and parking for the car in front of the house.
