Great apartment, very well located! rooms clean and super organized

After so many trips, it's the first time that reality has surpassed the photos. The place is incredible, modern, with all the amenities, very safe and in an exceptional place to rest with the family after going to the beach. We took full advantage of the pool, as well as the shopping places for dinner and breakfast. The view from the pool with the green roof is priceless. Cristiane was always attentive to our questions. We regret not having booked more days. We will surely return on our next vacation.

hello, I gave this house 5 stars. , actually this house was so beautiful and modern and had good location , good pool and gym you can see. Although there is a comfortable bed and a great sofa, one of the weaknesses of the house was that the kitchen was not very well equipped. The kitchen utensils are old; the bathroom hairdryer is small. I hope they fix these bugs,

We had a great time at Daniel's place. The apartment is even more luxurious in person than in the photos. The views from the apartment were breathtaking. The host Daniel made sure that we had everything to make us comfortable. What we liked most about this place is the location. It was less than a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach. We can't wait to return next year!

Ronaldo and his wife welcomed us very warmly. The house is upstairs, with a separate entrance. Spacious areas, large bedrooms and kitchen. All kitchen utensils were working and we didn't miss anything. The largest en-suite is the only one that has air-conditioning, which worked very well. Quality bed and bath linens. Very clean space. Located about 15 minutes from Canasvieiras by car. We had a rental car. So getting around is very easy and convenient to go to several beaches (especially those in the north of the island). We felt at home. I recommend it!

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

I indicate this place with eyes closed! Super cozy place, with an amazing view. It's more beautiful even in person. It has countless wonderful corners on the property with breathtaking landscapes! For those looking for calm and nature, it is the perfect place! And what to say about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. Villa is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible history and the property is a reflection of all his and his staff's work that is also super friendly. The saddest part for sure is having to leave kkkkkk but we're sure to be back soon <3

Patrícia is a great host, requests, and kind. The place is beautiful, in the middle of nature and with a view of the lagoon. Well-equipped house, full kitchen, comfortable bed, very nice shower. The deck is a good observatory of the stars. I will return more often.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this house! The property is large and airy and extremely comfortable. All rooms have a private bathroom, which provided even more convenience. The cleaning of the house was impeccable and the bedding, in addition to being very well cared for, were smelling, conveying a sense of welcoming. The location is excellent, with super easy access the whole road is paved and there are nearby markets that you can walk, which made everyday life much easier. The visual around is simply amazing, especially for the sunset, which was a separate spectacle. Undoubtedly an unforgettable stay! I highly recommend and hopefully come back soon

Hello! You've exceeded expectations! Perfect Terrace, close to everything, beautiful beach nearby. Not to mention the receptivity of Dona Graça, in which it made us feel very good in the lodging. All perfect!!! I'll be right back.

It was a family trip, all adults. We were positively surprised, as the apartment was wider and more illuminated than we saw in the pictures. Rooms with super comfortable beds and with air conditioning. Gustavo provided us with extra mattresses that comfortably accommodated our family. Highlight for the space with BBQ. The location is perfect, with parking space and public spaces in front of the building – very close to the beach, and about 1km supermarket Imperatriz and the Open Jurerê. Certainly, a space we recommend for families, both adults and children.

🌟 Amazing experience in Florianópolis! 🌟 Monica's apartment is EXCELLENT. It's super equipped, absolutely nothing is missing and is very comfortable. Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our doubts and was very flexible with our arrival. ✨ We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

We are grateful to have stayed in Paula's property. Better than the pictures. From the details of a few gifts to our departure, it was extremely warm and cordial. Jurere, Floripa is a magical place and we will definitely come back to stay at this beautiful complex.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, very clean, feels like home. Suzanne took very good care of us at every step of the process and was proactive, responsive and very sweet! We will definitely book again!
