Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

You will enjoy a bedroom upstairs (low ceiling & steep staircase) with two single beds and TV. The living room is downstairs, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, double hot plate and microwave/oven. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a basic meal. The guest house has a private entrance with access from the street.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has a private entrance, is suitable for 2 people (no babies) and has a private terrace on the water. Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Nalu Sea Lodge ligt op een geweldige locatie, slechts 10 stappen verwijdert van het strand. De Lodge heeft alles om u zich thuis te laten voelen. Het woon gedeelte op de eerste verdieping is ingericht als studio, met een slaap, woon en keuken gedeelte. U heeft vanaf het woongedeelte via de openslaande deuren toegang tot het zonnige balkon. Op de begane grond is de entree, badkamer en het toilet. Het gehele appartement heeft vloerverwarming.

The beach house located in our backyard can be entered through its own entrance, suitable for 2 people who love the beach and dunes. The train station is a 1-minute walk away and is the starting point for many fun day trips. (Haarlem 10 minutes, and Amsterdam 30 minutes.) There is a free parking space available. Pets are not allowed.
