Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Welcome to Grönhem farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a corset wing dating back to the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling grazing for our horses in the hilly landscape of Österlen. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated over the past year and the guest house is a part of the farmhouse that also houses an artist studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.
