Lambskär

Enjoy the tranquility of an almost own island in the Roslagen archipelago. The entire eastern part of the island belongs to the property. You can get to Lambskär by motorboat, which is included in the rent, but good boating experience is a requirement. The cottage is located in the middle of the island with a view of the cliffs down to the water. Swim on the sunny side of the island where there is no wind or enjoy the sauna! Unwind in this unique and quiet home completely off grid but with solar and wind power! The guests will bring their own linen and clean upon departure.

To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

With us you will experience staying on the countryside, you have your own house with your own entrance close to the host's own dwelling house. In the summer of 2017 the house was completely renovated inside. On the property there are cats, chickens, ducks and in the nearby yard there are sheep. The forest areas that are close by are amazing to hike in and there is orientation map in all directions. For swimming there is Rastsjön 11 km drive. Perfect as a campground/training yard for sports company/association up to about 20 people.

Large and wonderfully charming house on farm from the 1880s. There are generous areas for socializing both inside and out. Swim in the pool or take a sauna, play or do yoga in the barn. Grill at the nice barbecue area or on charcoal grill. Equipment is available for games on the large lawn: badminton, boule and croquet. The house is fully modern but has its old charm preserved, with tiled stoves, beautiful hardwood floors, wood stove and muted windows. Raised garden with fruit trees and berry bushes.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Huvudbyggnaden har ett modernt kök samt en vedeldad spis, ett stort matrum med en bäddsoffa, ett litet tv-rum samt tre sängplatser på loftet.
