Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Here you have the chance to stay centrally in Uppsala close to sights and many restaurants. Walking distance to Uppsala Central Station. The houseboat is located in Fyrisån at Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Unique boathouse from the early 1900s with 10 metres to a private beach and jetty. The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, wood-burning stove and wood-fired sauna. An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and don't want to live in the centre. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly towards the mattresses 😊 Cosy, charming and not for those who want to stretch out fully in bed😉 Sheets and towels are included.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.
