Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

Detached guest house with one room about 20m2 with 140 cm bed (May-Sept).

With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Close to Forsmark! You will have a nice stay in this comfortable accommodation. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the jetty house, there are two double beds and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linen and bath towels. It is possible to rent this. Perfect for those who live elsewhere and need accommodation during the work period. Or just want to get closer to nature, Hållnäs coast is just a few kilometres away! Departure cleaning is performed by the person who rents the brewery
