Wide lawn for playing, outdoor games are available to borrow kubb, crocket and the like. The house is adjacent to the ownership of the house. Please let me know if you would like to have a dog with you. The plot flows out to the sea in a natural beach. It is shallow, a little dicey with pebbles. Wi-Fi is not included, you stream through your own phone and networks from chrome cast via TV. Sheets not included.

Cozy house by the sea in Herräng

Cozy house from the beginning of the 20th century in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on cliffs or beach. Medium standard and there is everything you need. To Herräng it is 6 km away and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, systembolag, etc., it is 16 km. The house is located in an area between nature reserve so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. A little inside and out games are available as well as trampoline.

Next to the house the canal runs and on the jetty you can drink your morning coffee with the dragonflies. The old mill is located next door. Nice hiking trails and excursions nearby. So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, there is also a pharmacy, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Herrgård with a nice Inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Manor. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

Welcome to the summer paradise of Öregrund! This charming turn of the century house is a 10-minute walk from Tallparken with beautiful walking paths, small sandy beach and cliffs where you can enjoy the sunset. In Öregrund harbor (15 min walk) there are shops and restaurants. Note: Week 25-28, the tenant has access to the garden with a large terrace facing south, outdoor kitchen, a smaller pool, trampoline, etc. OTHER WEEKS ONLY THE HOUSE AND a SMALLER PATIO with lounge group and grill (hence reduced price).

The house is located in Kallviken on popular Stenskär, about 8 km from Öregrund.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
