Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

Here you have 2 km to nice bathing cliffs and 1 km to a fishing port with a bathing jetty. Around the area, you will find nature trails for hiking, biking or running. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers fantastic cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also good for fishing. Bed linens and towels/bath towels are included. The cabin is about 50 meters from the landlord's home.

In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

In Öregrund harbor (15 min walk) there are shops and restaurants. Note: Week 25-28, the tenant has access to the garden with a large terrace facing south, outdoor kitchen, a smaller pool, trampoline, etc. OTHER WEEKS, ONLY THE HOUSE AND THE NEWLY BUILT PATIO with lounge, dining area, swing and barbecue.
