A beautiful mountain house of 110 square meters located a short walk from the ski slope and black boat iron. Here you have everything you could want with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open social spaces and a lovely sauna. In the living room on the lower floor, there is also a fireplace. The house was built in 2022 and maintains high standard. In Klövsjö you can enjoy nice nature, good skiing and within a short drive you also have Vemdalen with even more options for skiing if desired. Welcome!

Välkommen till denna nybyggda fjällstuga nära alpina skidbackar, längdspår och vandringsleder. Billaddare finns och Avresestädning ingår i priset. När det finns snö i terrängen är det möjligt att åka skidor till och från backen. Du hittar Storhogna spårcentral precis i närheten. Storhogna är välkänt för sina längdskidåkningsmöjligheter. Skoterleder finns också i området. Sommar, höst och vår, när skidbacken är stängd, finns storslagna naturupplevelser och mängder av aktiviteter i närheten.

Närmiljön erbjuder många fina utflyktsmöjligheter. 3 km till Skidstadion Busshållplats till centrum och flygplats m.m. 200 meter Hund vistas vanligen i boendet.

With 10 minutes drive to Östersund(bike 25 min, bus 15 min) is our villa in rural Ås. Åsbygden has a fantastic view of Storsjön and the mountains. Lovely porch with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and spices. Child friendly. In km to swimming area and nice ski tracks in winter. In the basement floor there are two bedrooms(cool hot days) and sauna/relaxation. Access to bike, skateboard, unicycle, canoe, club games, and ping pong table etc. In winter, there are kicks, snowracer and mattress.

Here you will find a very nice apartment. 7 minutes by bus or 25 minutes beautiful walk along the shore of Storsjön into Östersunds Centrum. Bike rentals are available. You also have access to the property's garden with patio, barbecue facilities and laundry room. A comfortable, freshly made 140 cm bed awaits you on arrival. There is also a comfortable sofa bed with 140 cm width. TV with Chromecast. Parking 50 SEK/day. Charging option for electric car, electric taxi will be added.

Ski In/ Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system as well as about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over the hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen houses Sweden's largest ski club and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski tracks. In the cabin there is everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.

Bring the whole family to our newly renovated house with lots of social space close to the city and the lake. Enjoy cooking, eating and socializing in our spacious kitchen with dining area. Relax in the sauna after a workout in our gym, or enjoy a movie in the basement cinema. Good bus connections and only 10 minutes by car or bus to the city center. 10 minutes by walking to a supermarket and 50 meters to the lake. Fully equipped for families with children.
