The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Annex at Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

"Välkommen" in our small, cozy, recently renovated beach cottage with terrace! It is located directly on the west side of our lake, which reflects a different enchanting sunset every evening. You get to the entrance via the terrace. There is a double bed (1.40 m) with a small additional bed (see photo), a table with comfortable chairs in the room and garden furniture on the terrace. A panorama-sauna on the lake and canoes are available for our guests free of charge!

Välkommen att bo i gammelstuga på vår lilla bondgård. Här finner man lugnet och kan njuta av livet på landet. Här finns olika djur såsom hästar, fjällkor, får, höns och ankor. Det är ett enkelt boende utan rinnande vatten, det finns utedass och förbränningstoa. Det finns tillgång till diskmaskin. Underbart fint att bada och duscha nere vid båthuset och avsluta med att basta. Hyr vår båt med motor om ni vill ut och fiska. Sängkläder och handdukar finns att hyra.

Welcome to our cozy mountain cabin (newly built in 2022) with high standards in a scenic and quiet area. Perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxation and nature in the mountains. Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
