The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Have a nice time with the whole family in this nice place 10 meters from the shore of Lake Storsjön! Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter half-year has ski-in location to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully-equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city center! Engine heater outlet is available but charging post for electric car is missing.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer.
