The newly built small guest house is located at Birka Strand in Ås, about 1 mile outside Östersund. The view is out of the ordinary with a view of the main lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned surface. In the house there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our log house is situated right on a lake shore near the village of Ytterån. From here it is 35 km to the pretty centre of Östersund and 65 km to the fjäll and the skiing destination Åre. The cabin lies at the edge of a little farm where we live with our kids, three sled dogs, two cats and chickens. Your accommodation is a very warm, bright and inviting modern log house. The 85m2 offer large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Cozy loft apartment in Byskogen 5km from Östersund

Cozy loft apartment on top of our garage. Here you stay in a quiet environment close to nature and Storsjön, while being only 5 km from central Östersund. Here you can enjoy summer days down by the lake and swim at the public jetty. In winter you can go ice skating and skiing on the ice or ice fishing. There are walking and bike paths into town and buses stop nearby. Cat and dog are on the lot, so if you are allergic or dog scared then this place is unfortunately not for you.

Renovated 19th century house in rural and quiet environment

Cottage beautifully located on former farmstead. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters away from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a raised yard plot where you have access to your own patio.

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Secluded accommodation with high standard near lake and forest. Plenty of space for dogs and children to run around on outdoors. Wood-fired sauna by the lake shore, wood included. Wintertime there is ice-wake. No car traffic and quiet. Good walking paths in the forest, in winter you can go skating or kicking on the lake. Ski tunnel and Forsaleden a few miles away. Good fishing opportunities both winter and summer.
