North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

Pure relaxation: Vacation behind the old lake dike

The apartment is located in an idyllic, quiet location on the edge of one of the most beautiful villages on the Eiderstedt peninsula: the Wasserkoog, directly on the old sea dike. In the south, the garden with old trees borders directly on the "Altneukooger" Sielzug (a picturesque watercourse) and offers a beautiful view over the Eiderstädt landscape and expanse. The former stable building for sheep and goats from 1925 offers modern coziness in a historic ambience.
