Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Open and spacious apartment, 37 m2 floor area. Bright and fresh area with kitchenette, toilet and shower. Wi-Fi and TV. Double bed for 2, sofa-bed for 2. Dining for 4pcs, kitchenette with hot plate induction,and fridge. About 7 min by car into the city center and central station, bus station 600 m away from the house. Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

Guesthouse by the sea at Gränsö, close to Västervik. The guesthouse is approx 35 sqm, with one bedroom for 2 pax and one livingroom with a sofa bed (120 cm, 2 pax). Nice kitchen seating 4 pax. The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
