Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Nice apartment with private entrance close to nature.

Open and spacious apartment, 37 m2 floor area. Bright and fresh area with kitchenette, toilet and shower. Wi-Fi and TV. Double bed for 2, sofa-bed for 2. Dining for 4pcs, kitchenette with hot plate induction,and fridge. About 7 min by car into the city center and central station, bus station 600 m away from the house. Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd, which is beautifully located surrounded by fields and deciduous forest. From the house, you can see the beautiful view of the lake. Relax in the peace and quiet, enjoy the starry sky and birdsong and pet the cute pigs. The guesthouse’s location is in a quiet villa neighborhood with access to a large deck and garden. There is floor heat throughout the guest house and an air heat pump that works as an air-conditioner during the summer. We offer a charging station free of use for your car (type 2)

White guest house in Sya

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
