Beachfront holiday rental in Östergötland County

Our holiday in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours usually only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, petrol station. Friendly, attentive care by h Kerstin. Would love to come back!

The cottage is absolutely perfect for a long weekend at Vättern. It had newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, as well as large and cozy living room perfect for 5-7 people

Staying with Lars and Britta was very nice, both are very friendly and helpful hosts. Plus, they have a dog who was also super friendly and quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and were totally happy with the beautiful surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

Two lovely days with sunshine when we could use everything on the farm, the hosts were nice and the accommodation was as described, incredibly lovely accommodation! We were at the charcoal yard and the distance back and forth was no problem!

We had a wonderful time in the Stuga. The Stuga is very cozy and we would have liked to stay longer. The communication with Elisabeth was wonderful!

Nice host with prompt responses. The area was quiet with a playground right outside the door. 30 min walk and 5 min by car down to the city center. Goran's girl friend even offered to lend us an old car.

Nice and we are very happy with our stay!

We stayed at this house for three nights with our families—8 adults and 4 kids—and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable group stay. The view was lovely, and we enjoyed spending time outside, especially using the small pool. While the pool didn’t have bubbling features, the temperature was moderate. Martin is very helpful and responsive, which made the stay even smoother. Overall, a great place for a family getaway!

My stay at Jonathan's place was just great! The place was exactly as described and was clean and cozy. Jonathan was an excellent host, always quick to reach and very helpful. The location of the place was perfect for my needs, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back! Great house in great location. If you like it quiet, with many opportunities for extensive walks in the archipelago, this is the place to be. Plenty of space for 4 people and a dog. 2 terraces to always soak up the sun. Super nice landlords, always available and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Magnus & Silke! Thanks for that...

Super nice! Modern and fresh. It felt private even though you were in someone else's garden. Cosy with its own entrance/exit to the walkway and water. Nice service with coffee, shower soap, etc. Nice to meet the owner and dog😉. We will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely stay during our trip for Vätternrundan! Sten is a great host who was helpful and very friendly. Beachvillan is located on a gorgeous beach with a peaceful view of the lake. Due to our focus on the bike event we did not try the activities at the house, however there were lots of choices too! 6 adults would have been too much for us but we could make it work for 4 (tall) adults. We are really glad we stayed here 😊

Nice accommodation with room for several families at the same time, both in terms of number of bedrooms and social areas. Very beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. We are super happy with our stay!

It was very easy to find and take a warm shower after a rainy bike ride. Marc is very quick to respond to questions via chat. The apartment is as clean as you can imagine for a family with two children and two cats. The kitchen has everything you need. The big disadvantage is that the kitchen and especially the bathroom are not in the stuga, but in the main house. I have already given 3 stars for value for money in a similar setting for a similar price, here I give 4, because the family is very nice and accommodating and also includes laundry and dryer. You could also give 5, considering that it is often difficult to find cheap accommodation in more remote places in Sweden, but I don't know these circumstances well enough to include it. Overall, however, however, staying with Marc and Esther.
