The cottage with its glass veranda, patios and garden is located in the edge of the forest overlooking meadow landscapes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, an oven and a fridge. Soapstone fireplace in the living room. Laundry in the basement. Bedding, linens and towels are included. Forest trails with berries and chanterelle picking. Cleaning is not included, but can be booked as an extra. Note: From November, it is only possible to stay in one of the bedrooms. 2 adults and 2 children. On cold days, you sleep downstairs in the living room.

To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Enjoy the wonderful environment at this rural accommodation where you are literally surrounded by curious little critters, lambs, chickens and ducks. There is wifi, proximity to the sea, national park and restaurants. If you'd rather stay indoors, you'll find everything you need for dinner here. A small fridge with freezer compartment, access to water, wood-burning stove and gas stove for two burners. Shower and bathroom a few steps away but also composting toilet and solar shower if you prefer, close to nature.

Välkomna till vårt gästhus som vi kallar Brygghuset eftersom det låg just ett ett rött brygghus där på platsen innan vi byggde huset 2022. Det ligger lite enskilt i en stor lummig trädgård tillhörande Villa Solbacken, vår permanentbostad i Skogsdala, Kivik. Från huset är det gångavstånd till Kiviks hamn, strand och restauranger. Viktigt att notera är att huset har en brant trappa till loftet och inga grindar, alltså inte barnsäkert. I vårt boende städar gästerna själva och har med egna lakan

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.
