Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Orvault

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice little house, clean with everything you need to have a good stay. Just a little anxiety as a mum with the miller's ladder and my 3 and a half year old boy, but otherwise great! Romain is very available No complaints, great!

The stay was very pleasant, Laurine's house is very well connected. Cleanliness would need to be a little better. The marriage mattress would need to be changed. Otherwise we found the things we needed like salt, coffee and everything we needed in the kitchen.

We returned to the small house for the second time. And we are delighted: everything you need in the house and a perfect courtyard terrace for our little curly Bichon! Welcoming and thoughtful, very available. So, until next time, I guess. 😃😃

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Great home with lots of thoughtful touches

David and his wife were caring, responsive and accommodating. Very good communication. The accommodation is as described and very nice for a solo or 2-person WK.

Marie welcomed us very well and had small attentions for our son. The listing is rather as described. We were a little hot at the top and the accommodation deserves a little more equipment but everything was great otherwise.

Pleasant stay in Catherine's accommodation. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing ("Not included" paragraph), there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because the cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to set aside enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is as described and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

I had a great stay in the apartment offered by André. Very well arranged, very clean, functional and at the foot of the tram. In addition, André provides his guests with some very nice little touches. I recommend it and will happily go back.

Nice newly renovated apartment, perfect for a couple. Quiet building with an excellent boullangerie (Emma) just around the corner. Would stay again.

Very good stay in Nantes in this accommodation. Friendly host and accommodating for check-in time, the accommodation was clean and functional. Building a bit noisy and poorly insulated, on the other hand.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

Randy is a super responsive, courteous, friendly, welcoming host. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well located building that we recommend of course...

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.

We had a pleasant stay at Cornelia's. Her apartment is very nice, quiet and the view is magnificent! We often come to Nantes and we appreciated the proximity to the city center and the tram. Cornelia is a thoughtful host and the exchanges were very fluid and responsive. Thank you very much Cornelia for hosting us! We won't hesitate to return!
