Relax in this tastefully renovated accommodation, in a pleasant environment, a 5-minute walk from the village of Orvault and its shops (restaurants, bakeries, tobacco shop, etc.). By car, you will be 5 minutes from the Nantes ring road to get to the main roads (Paris, La Baule, Rennes, Vannes, etc.), 10 minutes from Zenith and Atlantis, 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the train station and the Cité des Congrès. Public transport (bus 79 and 89) is close by.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

1-min walk from bus C2 (departure: "Vallée" stop) to access downtown Nantes (arrival: "Commerce" stop). 3-minute walk to the banks of the Cens (shaded walk along a stream) 5-min walk to various shops (convenience stores, bakeries, pharmacies etc.) Ground floor: 1 room, 1 toilet and 1 beech staircase.
