Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

For those interested in nature, there is a forest and the nature reserve "Vägerödsdalar" close by. Close to the passenger ferry to Lysekil and bus connections to Uddevalla. Cabin of 35 m2 plus sleeping loft. Open plan between the living room and kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and storage as well as the sleeping loft with three beds of which a junior bed. Bathroom with shower Spacious terrace with dining area.

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and induction stovetop with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining places for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Wood-fired hot tub is available

Here you live with fantastic sea views near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

At our place in northern Orust, near Slussen, you have the opportunity to both relax and socialize. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

Cozy and stylish Attefall cottage with sea view

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!
