Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Here you live with fantastic sea views near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is designed for 6 people to be able to stay comfortably, but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. Approximately 10 km to Lysekil city center. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, A/C and combined microwave/oven. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Somewhat cramped but it works. NOTE: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the middle.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Bathrobe distance to newly-renovated sauna and to saltwater swimming at the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area close to Stenungsund, just 5 minutes from the house.

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!
