The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and extended in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment furnished with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest on the doorstep. A bright bedroom with double bed, sleeping loft for extra bed and generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, as well as a relaxed moment in a sun bed. Breakfast includes, among other things, fresh eggs from their own hens – which also make sure no one sleeps in the morning. A fantastic place for the soul, endless hiking areas and only 25 min to the pulse of central Gothenburg.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 floors with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper floor and a bathtub with seawater, which the sun heats up in summer (Open June 1 - August 31) with associated sun loungers on the lower floor.

Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Modern cottage at a quiet location on beautiful Tjörn, perfect for the small family/couple or friends who want to live comfortably with modern standards. One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, sofa bed tv and Wifi, bathroom with a washing machine. About 45 minutes (54km) drive from Gothenburg city center. Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.
