Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a social area with direct access to a private lovely balcony with sea views and a lovely bathroom with shower. The balcony has both outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Although the square meters are few, you will find that everything fits in the cabin. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km.
