The location of the accommodation provides proximity to the sea, forest, and lakes. It is within walking distance, 2 km, to Hälleviksstrand's swimming area. There are also restaurants, a kiosk, sauna and paddle tennis.

Private house on small island. Country living, hiking, swimming, fishing.

The house is suitable for the family with children, golf or fishing gang, friends on an excursion. Quiet location (the rooster may be heard). Large, secluded plot with lawn, wild berries, climbing trees, mountains. Sandbox, soccer goals and a trampoline. Deck with barbecue grill. Separate fire pit for open fire. Short walk to jetties, child-friendly beach and crab fishing. Hiking trails. Close to two golf courses and Bohuslän's most beautiful destinations. Fast wifi, 5G. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks and Optimist to borrow. We live in the neighboring house itself.

Lovely cottage in an open rural setting.

Here you live in a countryside setting with gardens and the nature around the corner. You enter an open-plan room with a large corner sofa and in combination with a kitchenette. There is a TV with many channels as well as broadband with wireless router. The cottage has 2 bedrooms. One with 120cm hotel bed and one with a bunk bed. WC/Shower is available. Sheets and towels are not included. Just 3 kilometers away is the community Ellös, with all amenities such as shops, restaurants and a wonderful child-friendly swimming area with the beloved crab fishing.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 floors with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper floor and a bathtub with seawater, which the sun heats up in summer (Open June 1 - August 31) with associated sun loungers on the lower floor.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest close to the center of Lysekil. Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
